Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded after processing has begun.

Delivery timeframes begin once the carrier receives the package. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.

To ensure secure delivery and protect against theft or loss, ALL Lywyn orders require Signature Confirmation upon delivery.
Orders valued at $1,000 USD or more require Adult Signature Verification (21+ with valid government-issued ID).
If a required signature cannot be obtained at the delivery address, the carrier may hold the package at a secure location for pickup or mark it as undeliverable.
Lywyn is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered, Delivery Attempted, Refused, Returned to Sender, or Unclaimed.
Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery with the carrier.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
If a package arrives damaged:
1. Contact support@lywyn.vip within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Include clear photos and video of the packaging and product, including visible Lywyn branding and laser marks.
3. Any potential claim will require inspection. You will be responsible for shipping the item back for verification.
Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.”
Lywyn is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked Delivered by the carrier.
Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii & military addresses).
International shipping will be added at a later time.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes for Express services.
