Lywyn Return & Replacement Policy

At Lywyn, each piece is individually inspected for quality and authenticity before shipping. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and to protect the integrity and hygiene standard of our products, all sales are final.

We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than proven manufacturing defect or incorrect item received. Items showing signs of wear, force, impact, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund. Lywyn reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet our quality control standards.

Purchasing from Lywyn means you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 


 

 

Final Sale Items

 


All jewelry items are considered FINAL SALE, including but not limited to:

 

  • Earrings

  • Necklaces

  • Bracelets

  • Chains

  • Rings

  • Pendants

  • Watches

  • Collectible pieces

  • Limited releases or numbered items

  • Laser-engraved or custom-engraved pieces

  • Any item or service listed on our website

  • Pre-order / made-to-order items

  • Sale or promotional items

For hygiene and authenticity protection, NO REFUNDS or exchanges are accepted under any circumstance.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item Claim

 


If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting support@lywyn.vip.


 

Claim Requirements

 


To initiate a claim, you must provide the following evidence:

 

  • Full name and order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photo & video of the Lywyn engraving/identifier

  • Video clearly showing the issue or defect

  • Photos of packaging: interior and exterior

  • Photo of the shipping label and tracking barcode

  • Unboxing video if available (optional)

 


Claims submitted without complete evidence or after 24 hours of delivery will be automatically denied.

 


 

 

Two-Step Replacement Process

 


If your claim is approved:


 

Step 1 – Return Authorization

 


You will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused.


 

Step 2 – Physical Inspection

 


Once received, the item will undergo a detailed inspection under magnification to verify:

 

  • Authenticity (engraving/identifier match)

  • Condition vs. submitted evidence

  • Packaging verification

  • Manufacturing validity

 


If approved, a replacement of the same item will be issued.

If the item fails inspection, appears worn, altered, swapped, or inconsistent with provided proof, the claim will be denied and the item will be returned to you.


WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

 


 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

 


All Lywyn shipments are insured. In the event of a lost or damaged package during transit, Lywyn will file an insurance claim with the carrier. Replacements will be issued once the claim is approved.

We do not offer refunds for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 


Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as fulfillment begins immediately.
