Yes. All Lywyn pieces are crafted with authentic gemstones, selected for exceptional brilliance, clarity, and longevity. Where applicable, certification is provided to verify stone authenticity.
Are your pieces solid or plated?
Lywyn pieces are crafted using genuine precious metals, including sterling silver, solid gold, & platinum depending on the design. Some styles may feature protective finishes to enhance durability and shine. Each product page clearly lists the exact materials used, so you always know what you’re wearing.
What is your return & refund policy?
All Lywyn purchases are final sale due to the nature of fine jewelry & hygiene standards. In the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact Lywyn within 24 hours of delivery. Items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to inspection. Damage resulting from wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental handling after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Is Lywyn jewelry suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. Lywyn jewelry is designed to be durable, comfortable, and wearable for everyday life. Our pieces are crafted using quality materials selected for longevity and lasting brilliance. That said, like all fine jewelry, Lywyn pieces should be worn with care. We recommend removing jewelry during activities that may expose it to impact, moisture, or harsh conditions to preserve its finish and structure over time.
How do I know my size?
We recommend using a professional jeweler or sizing measurer to determine the best fit before placing your order. For rings, measuring an existing ring or having your finger sized in person will provide the most accurate results. For necklaces and bracelets, a flexible measuring tape can be used to measure comfortably around your neck or wrist. Compare your measurement to the size listed on the product page to find the best fit. Sizing information is provided on each product page where applicable. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Please note that sizing is the customer’s responsibility, and we’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues.
Is your packaging gift-ready?
Lywyn pieces arrive in a premium presentation box, designed for protection, storage, and gifting. While the box itself is elegant and refined, additional gift wrapping is not included.
